Program Manager – Art Project
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a
major art project in Jeddah. This is a full-time assignment for 3 months, with the possibility of
extension based on performance and project requirements.
Role Overview:
- (Duties include but are not limited to the following)
- Lead the planning and execution of the project’s programs and activities.
- Coordinate with artists, curators, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively.
- Supervise logistics and daily operations to ensure the project runs seamlessly.
- Guide and support the project team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to senior management.

• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Nationality: Saudi Citizen
• Duration: 3 months (Full-Time)
• Reporting to: Project Director / Senior Management
• Potential Extension: Based on performance and project needs
