(يتشرف حافظ غاليري بإقامة معرضآ فرديآ للفنان المصري احمد نوار (١٩٤٥ م، الغربية

“أحمد نوار هو أحد أئمة الفن المصري المعاصر ، وقد جمع فى تفوق نادر بين دوره كفنان رائد ودوره كقائد مستنير لقطاعات متعددة  فى إدارة  الثقافة المصرية , و فى هذا المعرض يقدم لنا طرحاً جديداً لفكرة رسم المشهد من خلال مجموعة من الأعمال التي تصور بعض الأماكن المختارة في الحجاز و منها المدينة المنورة و مكة المكرمة و مدينة جدة ، حيث يقوم نوار بالبحث في روح المشهد ناشداً التعبير المكثف عنه ، من هنا فهو لا يقدم مشهداً يرقبه من الخارج بل مشهدا يتأمله من الداخل بعد تواجده في فضائه واتصاله المباشر بمفرداته ، ومحاولة تلمس جوهرها ، مقدماً بنية جمالية متأنقة لاتعرف التفريط.”

Introduction.. 

 

Hafez Gallery is honored to host the solo exhibtion of Egyptian artist Ahmed Nawar (1954, Gharbiya).

​

”One of the contemporary Egyptian arts wardens, Ahmad Nawar has successfully combined his role as a pioneer artist to his enlightened role in the different sectors of Egyptian culture management. In this exhibition, he presents us with a new way of drawing sceneries through various works that showcase selected spots in Jeddah whereby Nawar searches for the spirit of the scenery, overflowing with expressions about it. It is not an external image that he is presenting, but an internal contemplation within his own space. He directly uses words and tries to touch the scenery’s core, staging a beautiful brilliant structure that knows no compromise.”
